The XLS Series

The XLS Series of power amplifiers from Crown represents a new era in affordable, quality power amplification. The line consists of five models in a uniform, rugged 2U chassis (3U in the XLS 5000), incorporating the best of tried-and-true design principles and innovative features.

The five models in the series are the XLS 202, XLS 402, XLS 602, XLS 802, and XLS 5000. They are identical except for output power and weight. The XLS 5000 has a 3U chassis.

XLS Series amplifiers are professional stereo power amplifiers engineered to meet demanding audio requirements — reliably and within budget. Every XLS Series amplifier is backed by Crown’s unequaled Three-Year, No-Fault, Fully Transferable Warranty that covers everything.

The XTi Series

The XTi Series of Crown® amplifiers are professional tools designed and built for portable PA applications. The series includes three models which are identical except for output power: XTi 1000, 2000 and 4000. All are rugged and lightweight, and offer unmatched value in their class.

XTi-Series amplifiers feature an LCD screen with speaker presets for crossover frequencies, EQ, limiting, delay, and a subharmonic synthesizer. Other features include a switchmode universal power supply, useful function indicators, proportional-speed fan-assisted cooling, XLR inputs, Speakon® and binding- post outputs, short-circuit protection and more.

With their powerful, reliable performance, XTi-Series amps easily handle 2-ohm loads and are capable of chest-thumping lows. Plus, your investment in an XTi-Series amplifi er is backed by Crown’s Three-Year, No-Fault, Fully Transferable Warranty.

The I-Tech Series

The I-Tech Series offers amazing power, light weight and ease of use for touring sound and installed sound applications. Onboard DSP provides a wide array of signal processing, greatly reducing the need for rack components and rack wiring. Onboard DSP features 24- bit, 96 kHz A/D and D/A converters.

All models are compatible with the IQ® Network and TCP/IQ™ networking. Digital audio and IQ control signals connect to the amp via a single cable (in CobraNet™-ready models). Pushbutton DSP presets simplify the setup for various loudspeaker arrays.

The Global Power Supply works anywhere in the world, and offers PFC (Power Factor Correction). It is a switching power supply for reduced weight. I-Tech amplifiers have the highest output voltage in the industry (200V peak), which provides clean transient peaks.
